John Leak has been involved in building and real estate for most of his life. He has also been active in local politics, having been elected to two terms on the McKinney city council. He is currently serving on the City of Lago Vista’s master plan and building committee. John is a real estate broker and has been licensed in the state of Texas since 1983. He has been involved in development and sales, planning and zoning, pre-owned and new home sales and marketing. For the past four years John has designed and built homes under the Ranchera Homes name in the North Shore area of Austin’s Lake Travis. He lives in Lago Vista and has three sons.
